Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects or errors on our part. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind regarding color, size, or design after ordering.
Exchanges: We do not offer standard exchanges as each product is unique and produced on demand. For damaged or defective items, a replacement will be provided in accordance with the conditions mentioned above.
